Bionocular Vision Assessment & Vision Therapy

Involves a battery of tests to evaluate the tracking and focusing ability of the eye. Deficiency may lead to slower visual reaction time, headaches, visual fatigue and reduced reading comprehension. There are 10 main types of non-strabismic binocular vision anomalies. Very often with the appropriate vision therapy, visual skills can be improved. The earlier the condition is managed, the better the prognosis.

Retina Imaging System

Retinal Imaging system captures & stores the retina (interior surface of eye) images electronically to detect &/monitor eye diseases.

Corneal Topography

The topography accurately takes a fingerprint of the cornea (front part of the eye) surface in the form of a detailed map. With these data the optometrist can prescribe contact lenses precisely and successfully.

Age Related Macular Degeneration Screening

Macular Degeneration can result in slow, painless loss of central vision. It is one of the major cause of blindness for people aged over 50 years old. Age-related macular degeneration screening and monitoring is available.

Glaucoma Screening

Glaucoma is a medical condition caused by damaged optic nerve (nerve that brings information from the eye to the brain). There are usually no symptoms until a severe vision loss has occurred and it is in its advanced stages. It can occur at any age and the prevalence increases with age. A battery of tests have to be conducted to detect glaucoma. Most customers prefer to undergo comprehensive eye examination instead of glaucoma screening alone.

Diabetic Retinopathy Screening (Diabetic Eye)

Individuals with uncontrolled Diabetes often develop Diabetic Retinopathy which is one of the leading cause of blindness. For this reason, any individual diagnosed with diabetes is strongly recommended to get routine annual eye examination.
